Terms of Service

By engaging with Hengrun Outdoor for manufacturing services, placing orders, or accessing our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Hengrun Outdoor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Hengrun Outdoor specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of protective footwear including:

• Hunting boots and outdoor footwear
• Rubber rain boots and shoes
• Waterproof hunting&fishing waders
• Military and tactical footwear
• Custom OEM/ODM solutions

All products are manufactured in our ISO 9001 certified facility with strict quality control standards and comply with international safety regulations including CE, ISO 20345/20347, and FDA standards where applicable.

Lead Times: Standard production lead times range from 30-60 days depending on order complexity, quantity, and seasonal demand. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to capacity and additional fees.

Specifications: All product specifications, materials, colors, and sizing must be confirmed in writing before production begins. Changes after production commencement may result in additional costs and delays.

Samples: Pre-production samples will be provided for approval. Client approval of samples constitutes acceptance of quality standards for the full production run.

All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.

Hengrun Outdoor maintains strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process:

Warranty: We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery date. This warranty covers material and workmanship defects but excludes normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper storage.

Returns: Defective products must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Return authorization and shipping instructions will be provided for confirmed defects.

Client retains ownership of all designs, trademarks, and proprietary information provided to Hengrun Outdoor. We agree to maintain strict confidentiality and will not reproduce or sell similar products to competitors without written consent.

Confidentiality: All technical specifications, designs, and business information shared during our collaboration will be treated as confidential and protected under non-disclosure agreements.

Tooling Ownership: Unless otherwise specified, tooling and molds developed for custom projects become the property of the client after full payment, though they remain in our custody for production purposes.

Force majeure events including natural disasters, government regulations, labor disputes, or material shortages may affect production schedules and deliveries without liability on our part.

Clients are responsible for ensuring our products meet their specific market requirements and end-user safety standards in their jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) rules.

Modifications: Hengrun Outdoor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
